A collaboration between Chicago's fashion designers and chefs result in a multimedia feast for the senses. This event will feature a runway show, food, and a special performance. Chefs include ones from Vermilion, one sixtyblue, TRU, and National 27. Best yet, the event is free. Who can beat that?!

Recipe for Relief


Continuing in the most recent spiel of shopping, eating, and philanthropy, here is a culinary event worth looking into. It is an event whose proceeds go to America's Second Harvest and the New Orleans Hospitality Workers Disaster Relief Fund. Special guests include Susan Spicer of Bayona and Cat Cora, Food Network Iron Chef/co-founder of Chefs of Humanity, not to mention over 70 of Chicago's best chefs in one location and beer from Goose Island. It promises to be a heavenly gustatory experience! Not only that, but there will be a silent auction also.
